You,Rin and Sousuke where heading back to your individual homes since it was the end of school. Sousuke and Rin were babbling on about something that you weren't interested in

"Guys..." You broke into their conversation. They both turned towards you signaling that they were now paying attention to whatever you were going to say

"What...do you guys plan on doing in the future?" you finished off looking up to the cold grey sky

They both looked at each other and smiled as if they had already knew the answer

"I want to be an olympic swimmer" Rin confidentally said showing off his shark teeth

"Me too" Sousuke grinned

You smiled at how sure they were about their future "Thats great but what happens if that doesn't work out?" you hated being negative but anything could happen right?

"Well if that doesn't happen we shall become policemen, protecting the city isn't that right Rin?"

"Totally right! We get to kick bad guys in the butt" Rin was excited because he was punching the air as if he was fighting a criminal

You and Sousuke laughed at his actions, he stopped what he was doing rubbing the back of his head with his cheeks tinted with pink because he was embarrased at what he did

"Not to mention we will be able to protect you" Sousuke mentioned putting his arm around you

This made you blush a bit making Rin jealous because he wanted to be able win your affections

"Yeah, ill be the first one there though" Rin came up to you placing his arm around your waist, which made you blush even harder at the sudden contact. This made Rin content because he knew that he could also make you blush.

You suddenly sneezed and your action made the both of them jump in shock causing you to giggle, Sousuke took of his jacket putting it on and buttoning the jacket up, Rin had also removed his burberry scarf wrapping it around your neck

"Wont you guys get cold?" You asked

"Nah don't worry about it" Sousuke shrugged it off while Rin nodded in agreement

"(y/n) what do you want to do in the future?" Rin asked, you looked down giving them your answer

"I...I don't know..."

                                                                                   ~present day~

How did it get to this? you thought one minute your with Sousuke and Rin laughing together and the next thing you know a gun is pressed at your temple. Rin and Sousuke were the only officers at the scene for now waiting for back up, they had pointed their guns at the unstable man who was holding you hostage

"Drop your FUCKING gun!" Rin snarled at the man

"I dont think so, unless you let me go. Not to mention me bringing this beautiful lady with me." The man behind you started licking and kissing your neck, you were whimpering while trying to get out of his hold but he was way too strong for you

"You leave her alone!" Sousuke shouted, hating at the criminals actions same goes for Rin

"(Y/n) dont worry, it will be ok" Sousuke continued trying to calm you down

"Wow, so your name is (y/n) huh? Such a pretty name" He told you in your ear, sure you were scared shitless but you did not want to cause a bigger scene or get shot so you tried to keep it cool

"We are warning you, you let her go now?!" Rin was tempted in pulling that trigger, how dare this asshole touch the only woman that he loved

"Oh I see what is going on here, you two are in love with her aren't you?"

The man had a grin on his face because he knew he was right, Rin and Sousuke looked at each other with the corner of their eyes for just  a brief second till their eyes went focused on you

"Well, who could blame you two she's hot isn't she? I mean her breasts are perfect, she has such soft skin and a great ass" While the man was describing you his hands trailed to your breast then rubbing your legs and bringing your backside closer to him

you could not hold in your fear anymore, you started to cry while the man kept on violating you with the gun still pointed at your temple. Rin and Sousuke couldn't take it they wanted to shoot him so badly but through gritted teeth they had to hold their fire since your life was at stake.

"I bet you two officers get it on with her every night? Am I right?"

The man kept on rubbing at one of your breasts making you cry in pain due to him being rough not to mention feeling violated, he started to loosen his grip on you a bit which gave you chance to break free and quickley run to Rin and Sousuke. They both shot at him more than twice letting their anger take over them, however when you were still running to them, you heard three bangs and suddenly fell flat to the ground, around the same time the criminal did.

"(Y/N)!!!"

You fuzzily heard Sousuke and Rin's voices gradually getting louder while they were running towards you. Rin was holding you in your arms while Sousuke had approached the man they just shot to make sure that he was actually dead even though he wanted to see you so badly he knew he needed to make sure everything was safe first. You noticed that the other policemen had just arrived causing you to chuckle a bit

"Great timing huh?" You faintly struggled out

Rin laughed a bit but he was already in tears afraid that he would lose you, he started to rock you slowly trying to comfort you which surprisingly worked

"I was supposed to protect you and I failed at that, im so sorry (y/n)" You had never seen him cry this much before, his forehead was touching yours and you could feel his tears roll down your cheeks

"Hey, hey, its ok you did great" You gave him a weary smile placing your hand on his cheeks

Sousuke ran up to the both of you sitting next to your fragile form, Rin had to leave quickly and explain to the officers what had happened. Sousuke had now had you in his arms giving you a smile to tell you everything was going to be just fine however deep down for once, Sousuke was not too sure if everything was going to be ok this time but he knew he had to put on the illusion that it would be. Just for you.

"How are you holding up champ?" He smirked

"It hurts like a motherfucker" You commented then laughed at what you just said but then wincing in pain because of the bullet wounds

Sousuke's face dropped and looked extremley worried, you had lost alot of blood plus you were getting paler and paler by the minute not to mention he could tell you were cold

"An ambulance should be here soon just hang in there"

You nodded due to the fact that it was way too painful to talk, Sousuke took of his policemen shirt and wrapped it around your two bullet wounds to prevent more blood being loss, he sadly could not do anything about the one on your shoulder

"...(y/n), please I can't lose you" This time Sousuke had started to cry making you all teary but you knew you should not cry not now even if you were at the verge of death.

"Sousuke promise me something?" You weakily told him

"W-what is it?" He stuttered wiping away his tears, clenching on to you tighter not wanting to let you go

"If I die-"

"No! Your not leaving me and Rin, thats final." He blurted out causing you to smile at his positivity

"Fine, can you atleast stop crying then? Rin already bawled his eyes out" You jokingly told him

He smiled and did as he was told this time only everything around you started to get foggy, you also couldn't breathe properly. Sousuke was getting more and more scared by the minute because now the thought of you going to leave for good ran across his mind

"Where is the damn ambulance?!?!" Sousuke yelled in annoyance, someone replied him that it would be here soon, Rin noticed the situation and came running over by your side

"(Y/n) please just hang in there a bit longer" Rin's tears poured out again

"I...I now know what..I wanted to do in the future. It was to be...with you guys.. "

You trailed off as you started to gradually shut your eyes feeling your insides shutting down

"You guys make me happy..."

Those were your final words before you finally closed your eyes

"(y/n)?!?!" Rin shouted

Sousuke watched you in shock

They began to cry even more than they had, except now it was over your lifeless body
